Aleksander (Olek) Skwarczek is a veteran investment banker turned product builder. He develops proprietary software products and advises companies disrupting the legacy high finance ecosystem — the very industry he came from after a decade in investment banking.

Olek is a co-founder of Multiples.vc, a SaaS valuation data platform serving VCs, PE firms, and M&A professionals globally, and a partner at a London-based M&A advisory boutique.

Olek spent over 10 years in technology investment banking at NOAH Advisors, EY, and KPMG — advising companies and investors like Bumble, Pipedrive, Silver Lake and Oakley Capital. He holds an MA in Finance from Warsaw School of Economics and Sogang Business School.
